Big Sing 2009 Upper Midwest District

2009 Big Sing Update (from Spring 2008 District Minutes): Eagan reported that the Big Sing will be April 24th and 25. A venue for the concert has been booked. The Ladies Luncheon will be a Brunch rather than a lunch to give ladies more time at the Mall of America. They asked for a tentative count from each chorus. They were told they could probably get a very good estimate from Jon Case, Eau Claire's this year's ticket coordinator.

2009 Big Sing Update (from Fall 2008 District Minutes): Eagan reported that things are moving well. They distributed detailed handouts describing all aspects of their Big Sing: venues, schedules, maps, names and locations of nearby restaurants, etc. The Eagan Ladies will be providing a Saturday Breakfast rather than a luncheon followed by a choice of tours and Mall of America shopping. They have scheduled a Saturday two hour lunch break for the singers rather than box lunches.
