We need the completed form for each chorus mailed back to me by this coming Saturday, March 15.

So what I'd like each Governor to do is use the form to get feedback from his troops and then send me a composite form for his chorus.

I have tried e-mailing the forms to each Gov, but some of them are bouncing, so let's try the website approach as an alternate path.

Please ask them to e-mail their completed 'chorus' form to me at <paul.r.carlton@lmco.com> or phone me with the info at 651-452-7557 (evenings or Saturday).

... I may need to phone each of the govs directly and ask them to give me their numbers over the phone. For them to have a printed format in front of them will greatly facilitate me getting the numbers I need quickly in the proper order ...

... I wouldn't bother to try implementing on-line registration at this point. I am finding that most of these guys touch their PC's so infrequently that I have to phone them anyway just to ask them to read e-mail. I anticipate a phone-a-thon from my house to theirs between now and Saturday evening ...
