Winner of the THE LESTER AXDAHL SCHOLARSHIP AWARD and recipient of an $800 AMCA Scholarship is: Giles Tomkins, sponsored by The Queensmen of Toronto (Previous Recipient) NOTE: This Lester Axdahl Scholarship Award was established in 1998 to honor and recognize the tremendous contributions made to AMCA by Lester Axdahl. Les faithfully and diligently served AMCA as Treasurer for over 30 years and he served as a Trustee of the Scholarship Fund since the fund's inception in 1980.The following are recipients of $500 AMCA scholarships:
